Job Description
We are seeking a US-based Senior Product Trainer with experience supporting Government Contracting (GovCon) customers, preferably within the federal sector, to expand Icertis Academy's training delivery capacity and support growing demand across both commercial and GovCon customers.
This role is critical to delivering scalable, high-quality customer enablement while bringing the domain expertise needed for GovCon implementations involving FAR/DFARS regulations and compliance-driven business processes.
The role will deliver a mix of virtual and in-person training, including immersive, cohort-based programs focused on hands-on learning and real-world customer scenarios.
In addition, this individual will serve as the Academy lead for the training center model, managing training schedules, coordinating cohort delivery, and supporting the ongoing development and evolution of training programs. This position combines customer training, operational ownership, and domain expertise to support a scalable training delivery model.
Customer Training Delivery
- Deliver instructor-led training (ILT/VILT).
- Conduct virtual training across U.S. time zones.
- Deliver in-person, cohort-based customer onboarding and enablement programs.
- Facilitate hands-on labs, guided exercises, and scenario-based learning.
GovCon Enablement
- Deliver GovCon-focused training aligned with FAR/DFARS compliance.
- Train customers on GovCon contracting workflows.
- Translate platform capabilities into real-world GovCon use cases.
- Serve as a credible, domain-aligned presenter during customer-facing training sessions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Professional Services, Product Management, and Customer Success to align training with customer and business needs.
- Independently address domain questions, workflow scenarios, and training escalations.
- Support high-touch customer enablement requiring close coordination with Services and delivery teams.
Training Center Operations
- Manage training schedules and cohort planning.
- Coordinate instructor-led sessions across multiple programs and time zones.
- Optimize trainer utilization and batch planning.
- Support development and continuous improvement of training materials, labs, scenarios, and cohort-based learning programs.
- Serve as the primary Academy point of contact for training center operations.
- 10+ years of experience delivering customer training or enablement for enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience supporting Government Contracting (GovCon) customers or federal contracting operations and consulting.
- Proven experience delivering instructor-led training (ILT/VILT), customer workshops, and enablement programs.
- Ability to manage multiple training cohorts and deliver training at scale.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate product functionality into business workflows and practical use cases.
- Experience training users on complex, workflow-driven enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- U.S. citizenship required due to GovCon customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
- Experience supporting Government Contracting (GovCon) or federal customers.
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and other compliance-driven contracting processes.
- Experience delivering training for enterprise SaaS platforms supporting legal, procurement, or contracting functions.
- Experience designing or facilitating cohort-based customer enablement programs.

Salary Range
Min: $140,000 USD - Max: $200,000 USD
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to base salary and an annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included.
