We are seeking a Senior Product Technology Consultant - Travel Agencies to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team empowers travel agencies across Southeast Asia through intelligent technology, workflow automation and distribution strategies that move travel forward. It connects deep operational expertise with technology capabilities so customers operate efficiently and grow. As a Senior Product Technology Consultant, you will partner with regional travel agencies to guide product adoption, optimize back-office workflows and drive operational success. You will resolve technical complexity, bridge customer needs with product capabilities and deliver tailored support during implementation. This role requires strong agency operations knowledge, technical judgment and the confidence to guide client transformation.

What you'll do

• Lead the technical onboarding and solution optimization for regional travel agency clients.
• Guide clients through product configuration, system integration and testing to align technology with business goals.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and training sessions for agency front and back-office teams.
• Partner with sales and product teams to translate customer feedback into solution enhancements.
• Use generative AI and automation tools to streamline client reporting, accelerate troubleshooting and scale support delivery.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in travel technology consulting, solution enablement or agency operations support.
• Deep knowledge of travel agency workflows, including back-office reconciliation, financial reporting and accounting systems.
• Strong understanding of Global Distribution System (GDS) platforms, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and regional market nuances across Southeast Asia.
• Proven ability to solve technical challenges, influence regional stakeholders and guide clients through operational change.
• Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to improve technical productivity and customer problem solving.
