
You will design, configure, and optimize complete building control systems to meet project requirements across diverse HVAC and chiller applications. Your role will include providing technical product and system support to internal teams within EMEA, particularly for new technology and product launches. You will also lead and coordinate field operations teams, including subcontractors, ensuring engineering accuracy, installation quality, and full compliance with Johnson Controls standards.
You will translate project specifications into fully engineered control system designs, ensuring seamless integration with HVAC/chiller units.
You will support the rollout of new products and technologies by delivering technical guidance, documentation, and training to field teams across the region.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to resolve system issues, improve product performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will oversee field execution activities, guiding subcontractors and internal teams through installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting processes.
You will apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to validate system functionality, optimize configurations, and ensure project delivery excellence.
University degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC, chiller systems, building controls, or related technical fields
Proven capability in designing and configuring building control systems
Strong understanding of HVAC/chiller technologies, system architecture, and integration principles
Experience supporting field operations, subcontractor management, or technical project execution
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across EMEA
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills
A proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail
