Boeing Global Services E-7A Product Support Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Support Integration Specialist This position is based in Tukwila, WA and will report directly to the BGS E-7A Sustainment Chief Engineer. Primary responsibility will be to provide technical leadership to the Product Support Engineering Team and be the primary interface for supporting execution of the USAF E-7A Product Support work statement. The BGS E-7A Product Support team is a growing team, and the USAF E-7A Program is very early in its lifecycle, so this is an exciting opportunity to really shape the future of E-7A sustainment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee establishment of USAF E-7A support requirements, cost, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans

  • Review program and engineering change proposals and consult on the assessment of product support impact

  • Represent USAF E-7A Product Support in engineering and safety review boards

  • Monitoring execution of the USAF E-7A Product Support work statement

  • Provide Design for Supportability influence and represent the customer's sustainment perspective

  • Champion the research and development of new Services and Support technologies to enhance competitive advantage

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in military commercial derivative aircraft programs

  • 3+ years of experience interacting with US government customers at the operational level

  • 3+ years of experience working with aircraft systems

  • Experience in a role that required creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, strong collaborative skills, strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Extensive knowledge of Product Support Elements

  • Experience leading technical teams

  • Experience with Military Commercial Derivative Aircraft (MCDA) development, production and sustainment programs
