The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Specialist – Mine Planning Underground to support our Advance business, based in Santiago or Lima for Micromine. This role connects underground mining expertise with leading software solutions, helping customers unlock better planning outcomes while shaping how our products evolve across the region. It is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys technical depth, customer influence, and working across operations, sales, and product teams.

What you need to succeed

• Advanced fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of underground mine planning experience, including mine design, production scheduling, Life of Mine (LOM) planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience within an underground mining environment.
• Hands-on expertise with underground mine planning software such as Advance, Deswik, Datamine, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior mining professionals and travel as required across the region.
