
This role sits within the AI Product team and serves as the analytical and documentation backbone for a fast-moving, enterprise-scale AI platform. The Senior Product Services & Management Analyst will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements and ensure those requirements remain traceable, actionable, and aligned throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical instincts, a collaborative mindset, and the organizational discipline to keep multiple workstreams moving without losing sight of the bigger picture. Supports and enhances products on larger, more complex or multiple products for enterprise resource planning, budgeting, data warehousing, and financial reporting. Collaborates with Finance and vendors to ensure products and solutions are properly supported. Provides support to ensure all products are functioning optimally, data integrity is intact and financial reports are in alignment with are produced timely and accurately. Participates in implementing or enhancing products and solutions following the hybrid product/project development and implementation lifecycle.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Demonstrated experience authoring BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, and TRDs, with working knowledge of when each document type is appropriate and how they interrelate.
Advanced Jira proficiency: EPIC and story decomposition, labeling and tagging conventions, traceability linking, custom reporting, and dashboard configuration.
Experience establishing and maintaining requirements traceability across the full product delivery lifecycle.
Proven ability to work fluidly across product, design, and engineering teams — comfortable navigating differing viewpoints and building consensus without losing requirements fidelity.
Collaborative, team-oriented work style, approaches delivery as a long-term shared effort and invests in team processes, documentation standards, and knowledge continuity.
Strong executive communication skills; able to synthesize complex technical or analytical content into clear, stakeholder-appropriate summaries.
Actively follows the generative AI and agentic AI landscape, including model releases, capability shifts, emerging use cases, and industry adoption patterns and can translate market developments into relevant product and requirements context.
Familiarity with AI, data, or enterprise platform products; experience working in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment (healthcare experience a plus).
