The Senior Product Safety Engineer, Renewable Energy is an experienced, plug-and-play impact player who provides engineering expertise to evaluate conformance of inverters, battery energy storage systems, EV equipment and other power generation equipment to industry standards, creates evaluation reports and test plans, and conducts and/or witnesses testing with minimal ramp-up, including extensive on-site work at customer facilities. This role also supports cross training of Product Safety Engineers, Renewable Energy on core testing disciplines, and cross trains on core product safety testing as needed to support the broader program during ramp up.
