The role
We are seeking a senior product professional to provide oversight and assurance across Group Product Review activity. You will bring strong technical knowledge of products propositions, applying this expertise to complex reviews, acting as senior point of reference, and embedding Product Review frameworks and principles across the business.
This is a varied leadership role with people management responsibility covering Product Review planning, governance, technical assurance, and quality of reporting. You will present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums, working collaboratively across the business and where appropriate with third parties across the supply chain.
With deep knowledge of life and pensions products and the regulatory context, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Product Review outputs, ensuring reviews are accurate, proportionate, robust, defensible, and delivered on time. Outputs must be evidence based, customer outcome focused, well structured, and suitable for senior governance review.
