We are hiring a Senior Product Policy Manager with expertise in creator economy platforms and payment fraud to join our growing Monetization Policy function. You will help us design policies, enforcement guidelines incorporated into financial integrity products, services, and technologies that support our global community of monetizing creators.
As a part of the Product Policy team, you will have a global impact on our payment integrity and fraud mitigation strategy. You will collaborate internally with our product, engineering, business, legal, public policy, marketing, finance, and operations teams to help drive the business forward on a foundation of safety & civility. You will report to Roblox’s Platform Policy lead and sit within our larger Safety Group at Roblox.
This role is based in San Mateo, CA and you are expected to be in office Tue through Thu.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
