Job Description

Our customer is a large international automotive manufacturer with ca. 80,000 employees world-wide and annual sales of more than 1 Mio. cars. The company is dedicated to building a sustainable ecosystem for intelligent mobility.
For their European Headquarter in Eindhoven/Netherlands, we are currently looking for a

Senior Product Planner (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
  • Lead the upstream development of project milestones
  • Develop new product proposals focusing on potential white space opportunities

    Serve as the voice of the customer in Europe, to continuously improve products
  • Work on setting the pricing for vehicles under management
  • Product planning, Develop proposals & Pricing strategy
  • Coordinate and participate in research activities, e.g., concept and product positioning clinics
  • Participate in competitive product evaluations to provide feedback to R&D
  • Follow development process of vehicles under management
  • Ensure cross carline consistency by developing adequate implementation strategies and adoption plans


Your profile:

  • Degree in Business or Economics – with a focus on Marketing – or technical degree in Science or Engineering
  • Relevant pan-European work experience within Product Planning or Product Marketing area in the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with automotive market data and analysis tools like JATO, Sigma Sensor, New Car Buyers Survey (NCBS), mTAB, etc.
  • Sound quantitative and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and experience working with people from a variety of international backgrounds
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required to China, major Auto Shows, meetings with European markets and support of PR events while launching products
