
You'll help shape our personal lines product strategy by diagnosing why the line of business is performing the way it is and partnering with state and product leaders to act on what you find. In this role you’ll monitor line-of-business performance, diagnose the drivers behind profitability, growth, and retention trends, and translate competitive and market insight into clear recommendations that leaders can act on. It blends product strategy, financial and market analysis, and hands-on business partnership to support pricing enhancements, new product concepts, and ongoing product health.
We’re looking for someone who’s curious, analytical, and customer focused. Someone who explores issues beyond the surface to understand root causes, connects market dynamics to business outcomes, and helps guide decisions through thoughtful analysis and clear communication.
Position Compensation Range:
$88,000.00 - $145,000.00

Required qualifications:
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations:
Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
