Senior Product Owner – Inbound & Outbound (Customer Experience)
Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid / On-site)
Duration: 14 months (Start ASAP)
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a key digital product within the Customer Experience domain, focusing on inbound and outbound process optimisation and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, value delivery, and prioritisation of the product backlog
Act as the primary business representative for the product within an Agile/SAFe environment
Translate business needs and strategic objectives into clear, actionable user stories
Manage and prioritise Product Backlog Items (features, enhancements, changes)
Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Agile Teams, architects, and domain leads on the IT side
Work with business stakeholders, operations, portfolio managers, and distribution partners
Support PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
Ensure stories meet acceptance criteria before closing
Participate in UAT when required
Ensure strong alignment between business and IT and manage stakeholder expectations
Identify opportunities for innovation through market and digital trend analysis
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Digital Transformation roles
Experience in change management and large-scale transformation projects
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe experience is a strong plus)
