This is an opportunity to shape how legal entity customer data is managed and distributed across the bank, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and downstream systems while supporting one of Luminor's key modernization initiatives. Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities, and delivery outcomes for Customer Data and CRM-related products.
Lead the development of Customer Connector and Legal Entities Customer Data Product capabilities that enable reliable customer data distribution across systems.
Drive complex initiatives involving customer data management, integrations, migration, synchronization, and legacy system decommissioning.
Work closely with Salesforce Product Owners, architects, engineers, analysts, Data Stewards, and business stakeholders to ensure a coherent end-to-end customer data landscape.
Lead discovery and decision-making on complex topics such as customer master data, identifiers, organizational relationships, cross-country customer consolidation, and downstream data consumption.
Manage dependencies across multiple teams and domains, ensuring delivery readiness, data quality, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Proven experience as a Product Owner in banking, fintech, or another complex regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of legal entity customer data and CRM processes, including customer hierarchies, relationships, identifiers, contacts, addresses, and country-specific attributes.
Hands-on experience delivering CRM transformation, implementation, or integration initiatives, preferably involving Salesforce.
Solid understanding of customer data products, integrations, APIs, and data flows across complex system landscapes.
Experience with data migration, synchronisation, reconciliation, and legacy system decommissioning.
Ability to translate business, data, and technical requirements into a clear product roadmap, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, technology, data, risk, and compliance functions.
Proven track record of managing dependencies across multiple teams and driving decisions in complex environments.
Experience working in Pan-Baltic or other multi-country delivery environments, balancing cross-country requirements and dependencies.
