At the core of the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes end-to-end ownership of a product and its outcomes. You will act as the link between business stakeholders, users and the development team, ensuring that product decisions deliver real business value.

You will be responsible for understanding business needs, shaping product direction, managing priorities and risks, and ensuring the product is delivered and operated effectively.

You will work on complex software supporting the configuration and quotation of industrial products, where product variants, pricing rules, technical requirements and integrations must work together reliably.

Core skills you’ll bring

• Proven experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally in complex B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud systems and distributed applications.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into clear product goals, epics, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to understand data models, product configuration, variant management, pricing and costing logic.
• Experience working with complex product portfolios, technical regulations, standards or country-specific requirements is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• Experience with incident management, service delivery, operational priorities and internal SLAs.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and product management tools.
• English - upper-intermediate

The impact you'll create

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product, its vision, roadmap, business value and outcomes.
• Analyse requirements from different perspectives, considering business impact, commercial risks, dependencies, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Translate complex industrial requirements into clear product objectives and high-level epics.
• Empower the development team to break down epics into stories and tasks, while reviewing their proposals against business needs and the Definition of Ready.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, risk, stakeholder needs and team capacity.
• Define, maintain and champion the product vision and roadmap, ensuring development outcomes remain aligned with them.
• Establish and continuously improve ways of working, including the Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, quality assurance and delivery practices.
• Take responsibility for the operational performance of the product, including incident management, prioritisation and resolution in line with internal SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to improve product processes, user experience, operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery activities, stakeholder interviews, workshops and other methods to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
• Communicate product decisions, priorities, risks and roadmap updates clearly, building alignment and handling conflicting stakeholder expectations.
• Take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle, from discovery and development to ongoing operation and improvement.
