Position Title: Senior Product Owner

Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to serve as the strategic link between our Data & Analytics organization and the business. This role combines product ownership and delivery leadership, taking responsibility for defining what the team builds while ensuring initiatives are delivered successfully.

As the first dedicated Product Owner embedded within the Data team, you will establish product management best practices, create a structured intake and prioritization process, and transform ad hoc business requests into a strategic, outcome-driven roadmap. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, scalable data products that drive measurable business value.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager, with significant experience supporting Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Platform initiatives.

• Demonstrated success owning both product strategy (roadmap and backlog) and delivery execution.

• Understanding of data concepts, including:

• Data modeling

• Business metrics and KPIs

• Data grain and dimensional modeling

• SQL (ability to read, write, and validate queries)

• Experience translating complex business problems into actionable product requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and confidently communicate trade-offs.

• Proven experience delivering data products that achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience working within Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience collaborating with multiple Product Owners and cross-functional product organizations.

• Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of operating independently in a remote contractor environment.together to solve complex, high-value challenges.

• Experience with modern data platforms and technologies, including:

• Dbt

• Snowflake

• Cloud data warehouses

• Looker

• Familiarity with:

• Data governance

• Experience designing or improving intake, prioritization, and governance processes for data teams.
