About the Role

As aSeniorProduct Manager, you will own and drive the product vision and strategy forCommSee2.0working collaboratively with engineering, design,usersand senior stakeholders,you’llhelp deliver solutions that align withRetail Technology’sgoals and enhancetheexperience of our frontline teams.

You’ll champion a product management culture, foster innovation, and contribute tocustomer and business outcomes at CBA.

What You’ll Do

  • Define & Lead: Develop and communicate the product vision,rooted in deep insights about customer needs and business objectives

  • Collaborate: Partner with Engineering and Design teams toideate,plan, execute, and optimize strategies.

  • Innovate: Identify opportunities for improvementand deliveringcustomer andbusiness value.

  • Evangelize: Advocate for the product vision across the organization, gaining buy-in and ensuring strategic alignment.

  • Mentor & Lead: Foster a culture of product management excellence, helping the team hone their product craft.

About You

You’re a strategic thinker and a relationship builder, passionate about leveraging technology to achieve business goals. You have strong technical expertiseanda customer-focused mindset You lean into ambiguityanddriveclarity forcross-functional teamsand stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven product management experience, ideally within aplatform/tech-driven environment.

  • Product Discovery and analytical skillsto form hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret data.

  • Ability toengage andcollaborate with designers, engineers andcustomers to shapesolutionrequirements.

  • Exceptional communication,storytelling, and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercialacumen to align product strategy with business outcomes.

  • Experiencewithdeliveringcustomer and businessoutcomes.

  • Experience workingin product led B2B companies(desirable)
