As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Homeowner & Moving Services at Zoopla, you will sit within the Marketing team and be dedicated to maximising consumer engagement and value for homeowners, driving them towards high-value actions like using our "Find and compare agent" service and leveraging our integrated Moving Services ecosystem. You will be both embedded in the cross functional product and marketing team for Homeowner & Moving Services, whilst being one of the senior marketing managers in the marketing team.
You will be the Marketing Subject Matter Expert for the entire homeowner journey, acting as the crucial interface between the Marketing and Product teams to grow our high-intent audience, known as MyHome users, through to successful service adoption.
Your core purpose is two-fold: to represent the marketing function, strategy, and capability in Product meetings, and to strategically manage coordinated marketing activities (CRM, Content, Organic Performance, Performance, etc.) that influence the homeowner's journey from initial valuation tracking, to agent instruction, and finally to the adoption of associated moving services (e.g., mortgage, conveyancing, removals).
Your ultimate goal is to optimise the consumer path to maximise high-value seller and moving services leads delivered to our estate agent customers and service partners. This is achieved by boosting vital metrics like MyHome sign-ups, feature adoption, agent instruction requests, and successful hand-offs to moving service providers.
