We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of product marketing initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, expansion, and revenue growth across DoorLoop’s platform.

About The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager with deep experience marketing Banking, FinTech, and AI-powered products to own positioning, go-to-market execution, and adoption strategy for sophisticated, high-stakes products.

This is a senior, highly cross-functional role based in Tel Aviv, working closely with teammates across Israel and the United States. You’ll partner with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Experience, Design, and Content to translate complex technology—including AI-driven capabilities—into clear, credible value for regulated, risk-aware buyers.

You will play a critical role in executing product launches and releases, shaping how AI capabilities are positioned, explained, and trusted by customers. Success in this role is measured by adoption, revenue impact, and buyer confidence—not hype..

Responsibilities :

Lead AI & Platform Product Launches

  • Own execution of product launches and releases for AI-powered and data-driven capabilities.
  • Partner with Product and Leadership to establish a consistent release cadence for complex features.
  • Translate technical and AI-driven functionality into clear customer value without oversimplification or overpromising.
  • Lead post-launch analysis focused on adoption, trust signals, and revenue impact.

Position Products for Regulated, Risk-Aware Buyers

  • Own positioning and messaging for banking, fintech, or compliance-adjacent audiences.
  • Balance innovation messaging with credibility, safety, and transparency.
  • Develop narratives that resonate with security-conscious, compliance-driven stakeholders.
  • Act as the internal authority on buyer objections related to AI, risk, trust, and governance.

Competitive, Pricing & Market Intelligence

  • Lead or support competitive intelligence, including win/loss analysis and market positioning.
  • Understand how AI products are evaluated in banking and regulated markets.
  • Partner on pricing and packaging strategy with an understanding of enterprise value signals.

Sales & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Sales to support longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Build enablement that helps Sales communicate AI value credibly to technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Work across Israel and U.S. teams to align messaging, launches, and strategy.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally in Banking, FinTech, AI, or regulated B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience marketing AI-powered or data-driven products
  • Deep understanding of enterprise and regulated buyers, including risk, compliance, and trust considerations.
  • Experience owning product launches for complex platforms or infrastructure products.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with a track record of independently writing clear, credible messaging for technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience supporting pricing, packaging, and competitive intelligence in complex markets.
  • Comfort operating across distributed, cross-time-zone teams.
  • Strong judgment, strategic thinking, and execution rigor.
