Volue’s Distribution business serves a strong Nordic customer base of grid companies. As we help these customers move from on-premise software to SaaS and expand into new markets, with DACH as our near-term focus, we need a clear story that speaks to both existing and prospective customers.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

In this role, you will own product marketing for Volue’s Distribution portfolio: the software grid companies use to plan, build, connect, and operate electricity distribution networks. You will shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for customers ranging from small regional operators to large multinational companies.

You will turn market, customer, and product insights into compelling narratives and equip Sales with effective materials. Working closely with Product, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success, you will help drive pipeline growth, product adoption, and customer expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio positioning and messaging: Own value propositions, personas, and messaging frameworks across the Distribution solution portfolio, and keep them current with customer and market insight.
• Segmented go-to-market: Adapt positioning, messaging, and enablement across customer segments, from small regional operators to large multinational ones.
• Launches, campaigns, and demand: Plan and deliver tiered product launches and translate the roadmap into customer value with measurable outcomes. Partner with Growth Marketing on integrated campaigns that build pipeline, win customers, and drive adoption. Bring a creative point of view to campaign concepts and formats.
• Sales enablement: Build pitches around customer use cases and a clear point of view, and deliver them as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards that equip sellers to speak credibly with technical and C-level stakeholders.
• Market and competitive insight: Own the market view for Distribution. Build a deep understanding of target segments, market trends, regulations, and regional dynamics. Monitor competitor moves, gather win/loss feedback, and feed both into roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
• Customer advocacy: Source references and success stories, and turn them into thought leadership that puts customer voices into events, white papers, and campaigns.
• AI-enabled ways of working: Use AI across research, content production, and competitive monitoring to scale your output across a broad portfolio.
• Metrics and reporting: Own launch and campaign performance, pipeline influence, and adoption KPIs for Distribution. Report to the Team Lead and use the numbers to reprioritize.

What you need to succeed:

• Senior product marketing ownership of a product family or portfolio, positioning technical grid software to technical buyers in operations, engineering, or IT leadership.
• An AI-native approach to marketing: you already use AI tools in your daily workflow and can show how they have changed your output.
• Demonstrated ability to segment a market and tailor positioning, messaging, and enablement to different customer sizes and buying processes.
• Strong commercial instinct: comfortable owning go-to-market metrics and forming a clear point of view from them.
• Curiosity about how the electricity grid works and an interest in learning the domain in depth.
• Experience in energy, distribution, grid, infrastructure, or related software businesses is a benefit.
• Professional English is required. German or a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish) is a benefit.

This is a fixed-term position to cover parental leave from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. We are open to hiring candidates based in Germany, Spain, Poland, or Austria.
