Job Description

Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide, using cutting-edge technology. The flagship product—an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis—provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow is the first AI-driven non-invasive integrated heart care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses in the coronary arteries (RoadMap™Analysis), assess coronary blood flow (FFRCT Analysis), and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis (Plaque Analysis). Our pipeline of products is growing and so is our team; join us in helping to revolutionize precision heartcare.

Heartflow is a publicly traded company (HTFL) that has received international recognition for exceptional strides in healthcare innovation, is supported by medical societies around the world, cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan and Canada, and has been used for more than 750,000 patients worldwide.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager owns positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for the workflow-oriented capabilities of the Heartflow platform.

Job Responsibilities

Positioning and Messaging

  • Develop and maintain clear, differentiated messaging for how the Heartflow platform fits into and improves clinical and administrative workflows (ordering, reporting, care coordination, referrals)
  • Translate workflow-level product capabilities into value props for different audiences: cardiologists, radiologists, interventional cardiologists, referring physicians, hospital administrators, and health system IT/ops stakeholders
  • Own core messaging documents, positioning frameworks, and persona-based narratives for workflow use cases
  • Gather input from customers, KOLs, and field teams on workflow pain points and unmet needs to inform product and messaging direction

Go-to-Market and Launches

  • Lead GTM planning and execution for new workflow features and platform enhancements — launch plans, sales enablement, and customer-facing collateral
  • Partner with Product Management to understand roadmap and translate upcoming workflow capabilities into market-ready narratives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally (Sales, Clinical, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure workflow messaging is consistent across all customer touchpoints
  • Monitor market and competitive trends specific to clinical workflow tools and adjacent platform capabilities

Sales and Field Enablement

  • Build and maintain sales tools specific to workflow solutions: demo scripts, workflow diagrams, ROI/value materials, case studies
  • Train sales and clinical teams on how to position workflow capabilities in the field, including how workflow fits into the broader platform story
  • Support field teams on workflow-related questions during active deals as a subject matter resource
  • Own workflow-specific content: solution briefs, workflow diagrams/journey maps, web content, webinars, and conference materials

Skills Needed:

  • Experience launching products in multi-stakeholder, complex environments, and building sales enablement content with proof it got adopted by a field sales org
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator. Will need to build strong rapport with Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; can translate technical workflow detail into something a rep can use in a 5-minute conversation
  • Preferred industry experience: Healthcare, medical device or diagnostic industry background

Educational Requirements & Work Experience:

  • 8+ years in product marketing or downstream marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, medtech, or another regulated/technical sales environment

A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $155,000 - $202,000, bonus, and equity.
