Turn those insights into recommendations for Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership. Partner closely with Product during discovery and solution design, bringing customer, market, and competitive intelligence to help shape what we build
  • Shape ICP, segmentation, pricing, and growth strategy. Use qualitative and quantitative data to refine priority ICPs, personas, use cases, and market opportunities. Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success on pricing and packaging strategy, and use customer, pipeline, adoption, and market data to inform commercialization and growth decisions.
  • Enable Sales and influence Product. Equip customer-facing teams with compelling narratives, competitive guidance, training, battlecards, objection handling, and other high-impact enablement. Bring customer and market insight into product planning, roadmap discussions, naming, packaging, differentiation, and commercialization.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong analytical orientation with the ability to turn customer, market, and performance data into clear decisions and recommendations.
  • Experience with customer and market research, competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, ICP and segmentation strategy, and pricing and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate, institutional investing, private markets, or capital markets preferred; otherwise, a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex industries, workflows, and sophisticated buyer audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and executive stakeholders without direct authority.
