The Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Innovapptive’s flagship themes — Connected Worker, Industrial AI, Maintenance, Operations, and Value360. You will be the strategic engine behind how we tell our value story, prove it with customers, and arm Sales to win.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who has independently owned GTM strategy before — not just supported it. You will run the customer proof and Customer Value Realization (CVR) motions, lead competitive and win-loss intelligence, and partner with the Product Marketing Lead on CEO- and board-level narratives. If you turn ambiguous briefs into polished, executive-grade GTM assets and thrive in a fast, entrepreneurial environment, this role is built for you.
How You Will Make an Impact
Positioning, Messaging & GTM Strategy: Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Innovapptive’s key themes — Connected Worker, Industrial AI, Maintenance, Operations, and Value360.
Sales Enablement Arsenal: Build and maintain the sales enablement toolkit — pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, build-vs-buy collateral, RFP packs, and deal-stage proof assets.
Customer Proof Engine: Lead the customer proof engine — case studies, testimonials, value-story decks, customer webinar narratives, and deal-ready proof assets.
Customer Value Realization & Expansion: Own the CVR programme jointly with Customer Success to activate expansion pipeline, and drive Value360 expansion marketing including the Top-25 ABM list, personalised C-suite outreach, and expansion play assets.
Win-Loss & Competitive Intelligence: Lead the win-loss and competitive intelligence programme — 15 structured interviews per half, competitor pricing profiles, and build-vs-buy positioning against Sigga, Prometheus, Redzone, and L2L.
Product Launch & Release Communication: Own product launch and release communication, including internal enablement kits, launch decks, release videos, and sales FAQs.
Executive Events: Support executive events with keynote narratives, theatre-session stories, booth messaging concepts, and follow-up enablement.
Strategic Partnership & Mentorship: Partner with the Product Marketing Lead on CEO-level content, board narratives, analyst engagement, and H2 strategic initiatives, and mentor the Junior Product Marketer on writing quality, narrative structure, and GTM execution standards.
