We’re looking for a Temporary Senior Product Marketing Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement - 8 months), to lead product marketing for our Energy & Mobility division covering EV Charging, Fuel, and Parking. This is a senior, high-visibility role that owns positioning, go-to-market orchestration, and sales enablement for one of the company’s most strategic and fastest-growing portfolios.

This position is an 8-month maternity leave replacement.

You’ll be part of the Product Marketing team and report to the Director of Product Marketing & Strategic Growth.

You’ll lead another team member remotly, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partners, global line of business teams, and regional GTM teams.

This role is based in Pondweg 7, 2153 PK Nieuw-Vennep, The Netherlands, with the flexibility to work either from the office or remotely.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions across EV Charging, Fuel, and Parking — turning complex technology into clear, compelling stories for customers and partners.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and new market entries across multiple regions.
  • Conduct market and competitive research; refine target segments, ICPs, and buyer personas; and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Build and lead sales enablement initiatives including battle cards, value propositions, objection handling, pitch decks, and sales playbooks.
  • Create high-quality product marketing content including customer-facing collateral, web content, thought leadership, customer stories, and campaign assets.
  • Represent Nayax externally at industry events, webinars, and customer and partner meetings.
  • Coach and develop a small PMM team while driving excellence across the division.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve research, messaging, content production, and sales enablement workflows.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 6+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Proven experience leading multi-product, multi-region go-to-market initiatives end-to-end.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs and translate insights into business impact.
  • Demonstrated fluency using AI tools in daily workflows.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Strong Advantages

  • Experience in EV charging, e-mobility, fuel retail, parking, fleet, or energy industries.
  • Background in payments, fintech, or commerce platforms.
  • Experience marketing combined hardware + SaaS solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Yearly salary: € 90,000 – € 110,000 gross (based on experience and qualifications)
