We’re on a mission to become the solution for Real Estate & B2B payments everywhere To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0

About the Role

In this role, you will be the strategic architect behind how Redpin (powered by Currencies Direct) wins the Spanish market. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for more than just "marketing"—you are the bridge between our customers’ pain points and our technical solutions. You will spend your time dissecting the complex processes of notaries, conveyancers, and real estate agents to ensure our real-time payment platform is perfectly fit for purpose.

What You’ll Do

  • Market & Persona Intelligence (50%): Partner with the Product Director to analyze the banking sector, local regulations, and customer workflows. You’ll meet with partners to "test the water" with mock-ups and identify gaps where our technology can provide the most value.
  • Sales Enablement & Content (25%): Equipping our BDEs and Product Specialists on the ground. You will create the internal content, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides needed to win the "sign-off" from skeptical buyers and sellers.
  • Local Market Activation (25%): Plan and oversee local marketing events and affiliate initiatives across Spain to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Collect regional feedback to influence the global roadmap, ensuring that features like "Deposit Management" solve the specific cash-flow and security concerns of international buyers.
  • Security Evangelism: Position our platform as the "Safe Haven" against cyber-attacks and IBAN spoofing, turning security into a core competitive advantage.

What You’ll Need

  • Seniority & Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Product Marketing. We are looking for a "perfect fit" profile that blends Product Marketing Management with a background in general Marketing/Events.
  • High Analytical IQ: You need the ability to digest the "rocket science" of the banking sector and simplify it into clear, value-driven solutions for the product team and customers.
  • Spanish Market Expertise: A deep understanding of how business is done in Spain, particularly the relationship between buyers, sellers, and notaries.
  • Communication Mastery: Fluent in English and Spanish. You must be comfortable collaborating with a UK-based product team and pitching to local Spanish partners.
  • Autonomy & Mobility: Based in Spain (preferably around Valencia), you will be highly autonomous. Post-onboarding, you should expect to travel about 25% of the time (e.g., 3 days every 2 weeks) to hubs like Alicante or Malaga, plus quarterly trips to London

Bonus Points

  • Industry Background: Experience in PropTech, FinTech, or SaaS
  • Domain Knowledge: Previous exposure to the Real Estate, Legal (Notary), or Wealth Management sectors.
  • Competitive Strategy: Experience in competitor analysis and roadmap prioritization.
