This company serves a diverse clientele, including private sector entities such as pharmaceuticals and clinical research organizations, as well as public sector institutions like foundations and state governments.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies that resonate with both healthcare and government sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value propositions of our offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences industries.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, and presentations, to support sales and business development efforts.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance.
- Act as a key liaison between product management and sales teams to ensure alignment on product features and market needs.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 6–10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare, life sciences, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with remote teams.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their applications in healthcare.
- Previous experience in a venture-backed startup or growth-stage company.
- Knowledge of regulatory considerations in healthcare marketing.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is between $135K and $160K, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
