About the team
The lead and services team is responsible for driving innovation and adoption of dedicated performance solutions for key Lead Generation verticals. The lead and services team is building the next generation of advertising solutions to bring incremental value for previously untapped businesses.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
- Leverage customer and consumer insights to ideate on early-stage products and experiences that positively impact conversions and solve client & user pain points
- Define and execute the short term and long term product strategy for TikTok advertising solution globally, including product positioning, value propositions, areas of growth and future investment potential for market
- Develop and execute market programs, initiatives and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions
- Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch with Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing Science etc
- Champion scaled activation vis-a-vis agency & partner-driven programs.
- Willing to roll up sleeves and be willing to step in and guide the market teams where needed.
