
The Microsoft 365 Consumer Marketing Team is looking for an AI savvy Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team to focus on our Subscription Portfolio & Frontier Program Within the consumer marketing team, the Subscription Strategy team oversees end-to-end marketing for the Microsoft 365 consumer subscription inclusive of key products in the subscription portfolio such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Defender, Designer and the Microsoft 365 Copilot App. Microsoft’s productivity services are trusted by millions of people worldwide as their essential tools for staying connected, organized, and productive. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of rapidly evolving products, now supercharged by Microsoft Copilot and cutting-edge AI innovation. This position will focus on packaging and product strategies, partnering closely with engineering and business planning to develop products and motions that will support adoption and growth of AI in productivity. Required/Minimum Qualifications • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in Product Marketing o OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in Product Marketing o OR equivalent experience. • Experience executing marketing programs. • Experience partnering with engineering teams to influence product value. Additional or Preferred Qualifications • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in Product Marketing o OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in Product Marketing o OR equivalent experience. • Experience working cross-functionally successfully. • Experience with consumer freemium software or services. • Experience with AI technologies and experience driving AI adoption in consumer products.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
