  • Ensure all deliverables meet the Definition of Done before inclusion in sprint demos.
  • Act as the Product Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Communicate product value, features, and benefits clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support the Product Line Strategy Owner in shaping and detailing the product roadmap.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to generate additional business value.
  • Own solution design for assigned products and ensure alignment with the broader product line strategy.
  • Serve as the voice of the product team to leadership, advocating for team priorities, highlighting achievements, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
  • Promote Agile best practices and contribute to enhancing overall team effectiveness.
  • Maintain continuous professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proven experience operating within Agile software development environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, communicate, and execute product strategies.
  • Solid understanding of portfolio, program, and project management processes and tools.
  • Working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Understanding of project financial management principles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Strategic thinking combined with execution discipline.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and customer-centric mindset.
