Job Description

Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.

Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Value-Based Care Analytics & Performance team within our Clinicals division in Bangalore. In this role you will be responsible for defined problem spaces within the VBC Analytics & Performance roadmap, developing deep expertise in our users, customers, and workflows and ensuring product features meet business requirements. You will help define how AI is responsibly integrated into VBC analytics workflows, ensuring solutions are safe, trustworthy, and deliver measurable value to healthcare practices.

You will work closely with scrum teams defining and writing user stories, prioritizing product backlogs, and making trade-off decisions between scope and schedule. Your work will span both strengthening our current solutions and delivering innovative, AI-driven features that improve user experience and clinical decision-making. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in clinical outcomes, user satisfaction, product quality, and safe adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.

About the Team: The Value-Based Care Analytics & Performance team brings together Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, Product Analytics, Data Science, and Patient Safety partners to drive industry-leading outcomes and optimize revenue in value-based care arrangements. The team works across product strategy, execution, and measurement to deliver both core product capabilities and AI-enabled solutions where they add value. This role will support that mission by helping shape product decisions and delivery for an assigned area.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Drive product vision incorporating AI-enabled capabilities, predictive insights, and automation opportunities.
  • Translate product strategy into outcome-based roadmaps that connect customer problems, business goals, delivery priorities, and measurable success criteria.
  • Lead early-stage discovery, including identifying high-value use cases, validating concepts with users and stakeholders, and defining data requirements and feasibility.
  • Define epics and user stories that clearly articulate functional requirements, user experience considerations, data and model requirements, and AI behavior expectations.
  • Work directly with scrum teams to prioritize work and ensure delivery of both core and AI-enabled product capabilities.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, readouts, and retrospectives.
  • Own ongoing maintenance of core products, including triaging production issues and managing enhancements.
  • Define product success metrics for each major initiative, including adoption, engagement, workflow efficiency, customer satisfaction, safety, and business impact.
  • Monitor post-release performance and use product analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to guide iteration and prioritization.
  • Partner with UX, Analytics, and Data Science teams to define measurement strategies for AI feature performance including validity, bias, data quality, adoption, and impact.
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to manage the full AI/ML lifecycle, including model evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion responsible AI practices including safety testing, bias evaluation, and explainability.
  • Own go-to-market strategies for assigned products, including AI-enabled features.
  • Gain alignment from multiple stakeholders, manage product dependencies, and negotiate trade-offs across product areas.
  • Understand dependencies across athenaOne and collaborate with Product Management peers to coordinate work across related product areas.
  • Engage with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product Marketing to gather insights, communicate product direction, and support adoption.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and risks to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute product knowledge to strengthen product management practices and support the development of colleagues.

Expected Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred. Masters preferred.
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 6+ years in Product Management
  • Demonstrated success establishing product vision, priorities, and roadmaps, and owning complex product problems from discovery through delivery and measurement
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and make clear decisions about where to focus
  • Ability to build alignment across stakeholders, manage dependencies, and make informed trade-offs among customer needs, business objectives, and delivery considerations
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum engineering teams as a Product Owner
  • Experience defining and using product metrics and validation methods to assess customer value and inform decisions
