As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands, driving sustainable business growth, leading successful product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives across ethical and drugstore channels.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop and implement annual brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned products to achieve sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable growth.
Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, competitive activities, and product performance to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, customers, and other key stakeholders to support brand growth.
Drive brand-building initiatives and oversee the development of promotional campaigns and materials in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop product positioning, key messages, and training programs to enable effective sales force execution.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Tender, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business priorities.
Manage and optimize the assigned advertising and promotion (A&P) budget to ensure effective resource allocation and return on investment.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing plans.
Experience leading or supporting new product launches in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Fluent or working proficiency in written and spoken English.
