Ferring+You

As Senior Product Manager for our Specialities business unit in Brazil, you will own the strategic and operational marketing of a key specialty brand with significant untapped potential in the IBD market. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, moving fluidly across commercial, medical, and digital functions, and will play a leading role in shaping Ferring Brazil's omnichannel model .

Your day at Ferring

  • Design and adapt international brand strategies to the local market context.

  • Develop and implement brand plans and promotional materials in line with regulatory and compliance standards.

  • Lead promotional cycles and ensure alignment of Medical Representatives and KAMs with brand strategy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure integrated execution.

  • Analyse product performance, market trends, and the competitive environment to support strategic decision-making.

  • Drive omnichannel and digital engagement strategies, including physician segmentation, marketing automation, and medical education initiatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and scientific societies, and represent Ferring at key congresses and events.

  • Manage promotional budgets and contribute to S&OP planning cycles.

  • Support patient engagement initiatives in collaboration with the commercial team.

  • Lead pre-launch planning and new product launch activities where applicable.

  • Monitor KPIs including market share, demand, and sales performance.

  • Contribute to lifecycle management projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences of a related field; postgraduate specialization in Marketing or Business is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management, ideally within speciality care or gastroenterology.

  • Familiarity with the biologics competitive landscape and experience marketing in therapeutic areas where multiple treatment modalities coexist is a strong advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, translate market and performance insights into actionable strategies.

  • Proven experience designing and executing omnichannel or digital engagement strategies, including physician segmentation and marketing automation.

  • Ability to work autonomously and influence across functions without direct authority.

  • Familiarity with the Brazilian healthcare landscape is highly valued.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and in English is mandatory.
