The Product Manager for the Razer Software Ecosystem will drive the strategy and create requirements needed to grow one of the world’s largest gamer ecosystems with over 100M users. The Razer Software Ecosystem connects our amazing hardware and innovative software with 3rd party video games and digital platforms on both PC and mobile on a global scale.
To take the lead on evolving the Razer Software Ecosystem, you should have strong product management experience, preferably with identity and access management systems. This is a full-time position based in our Singapore office.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the development of features to maintain and expand RazerID cloud access solutions.
Define and standardize features for Razer Software common functions like single sign-on (SSO), software installation, app ratings systems, and notifications to create a cohesive user experience across our software products on both PC and mobile.
Work closely with business, marketing, and design teams across the company to define innovative feature advancements to drive to business goals.
Lead global cross-functional teams in execution of product requirements.
Collaborate with Cloud, AI and Big Data teams to drive features for Ecosystem growth.
Ensure Razer ID meets world class standards and various regional requirements for data compliance and security by working closely with legal and info-security teams.
Outline a common user onboarding/sign-on experience for each software product to use as a guideline for the UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) team.
Evaluate the gaming software and technology markets to create software roadmaps and competitive analysis.
Work closely with various product groups (Software/Peripherals/Systems) to create hardware/software synergy between all Razer products.
