What you will do

We areseekinga dynamic and data-drivenSeniorProductManager to lead the growth strategy for ourmassskin healthbrand.You willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing the annual marketing plan,developingthemarketing strategy, andidentifyingnew opportunities to drive growth across key retail channels ofGT,e-commerceandmodern trade andGT.The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty,influencere-ecosystems, understandsconsumer behavior,whilehaving a solid understandingof GTand traditional tradelandscapeYou will oversee the overall marketing plan and collaborate with cross-functionalteams (sales, supply chain, R&D, global and regional brand teams) to drive overall brand outcomes

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and executebrandmarketing plansthat align with thebrand’soverall businessobjectivesand goals

  • Develop compelling brand narratives and campaigns

  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content for product launches, tutorials, and beauty trends.

  • Optimizeproduct listings with high-quality imagery, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content.

  • Design and execute influencer marketing programs to amplify brand reach and credibility.

  • Monitor trends andconsumerbehaviorsto shape a comprehensive and effective marketing strategyforthe brand

  • Lead long term portfolio planning for thebrand-drive portfolio and innovation strategy for India

  • Utilize data-driven insights tooptimizemarketing initiatives and drive business growth

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities toidentifynew opportunities

  • Own and drive overall proposition including portfolio strategy,pricingand packaging

  • Work closely with cross functional teams including demand planning, supplyplanningand customer development to drive forecasting and integrated business planning for thebrand

  • Formulate and implement marketingobjectivesand policies to maximize sales and profitability

  • Driveexcellence by collaborating with the sales team.

  • Define pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum5-7yearsof experience in marketing withinthe FMCG industry

  • MBAin Marketing

  • Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and storytelling.

  • Proventrack recordof success in developing and implementing marketing strategies

  • Data-driven approach withabilityto balance creativity and performance.

  • Direct experience in customer interfaces, such as sales or sales management

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex business data and forecast outcomes

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in sales is desirable

  • Proventrack recordof success in business growth, strategy development, and innovation

  • In-depth knowledge of consumer sector sales, marketing, and marketing research

  • Effective leadership through ambiguity, conflict, and complexity

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
