What you will do

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager for SAP who combines strong product skills with deep, hands-on SAP technology expertise. This role is for someone who has worked with real SAP landscapes and understands the move from classic SAP environments to S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Clean Core, SAP Public Cloud, and SAP BDC (Business Data Cloud). You will translate complex SAP technology shifts into clear product strategy, customer value, and execution.

This is a hands-on, technically fluent PM role for SAP products at enterprise scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for SAP-focused product capabilities, with clear focus on customer value, adoption, and business impact
• Lead products from discovery, SAP market validation, and customer research through launch, enablement, and scale
• Translate SAP technology, including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Clean Core, SAP Public Cloud, and SAP BDC, into practical product decisions
• Work hands-on with R&D, architects, UX, customer success, sales, and field teams to define requirements, prioritize tradeoffs, and deliver SAP capabilities
• Engage with customers, prospects, SAP partners, and internal experts to validate pains, workflows, migration challenges, and value
• Define requirements for complex SAP scenarios, including ABAP, custom code, extensions, integrations, data, testing, and change impact analysis
• Drive inbound and outbound product leadership, including positioning, demos, webinars, sales enablement, and launches
• Stay current on SAP strategy, roadmap, ecosystem shifts, technology releases, and enterprise adoption patterns

Requirements

Mandatory requirements

• 3+ years in technical SAP project roles, such as development, architecture, functional consulting, or technical consulting, with hands-on ownership in complex SAP implementations - a must
• Deep, hands-on experience with SAP environments, technologies, and customer implementations - a must
• Real experience with SAP AI, BTP, Clean Core, Public Cloud, and BDC (Business Data Cloud) - a must
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field - a must;
• Strong SAP ABAP technical background, including code-level concepts, custom code, extensions, and technical debt
• Strong understanding of SAP offerings, including ECC, S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, cloud transition paths, integration, data, and extension models
• Ability to simplify complex SAP technology and business processes into clear priorities and customer-facing value propositions
• Excellent English communication and storytelling skills for executives, technical stakeholders, customers, and field teams
• Creative, proactive, collaborative team player with a positive, can-do approach

Strong advantages

• Experience with SAP migration, S/4HANA transformation, custom code analysis, testing, change intelligence, or impact analysis
• Background in enterprise SaaS, ERP platforms, or tools used by SAP architects, developers, functional teams, or IT leaders
