About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build and scale the advertiser and customer-facing experiences within Redcare Pharmacy’s Retail Media business.

Our Retail Media business is growing rapidly, and we are investing in new advertising capabilities that connect brands, advertisers and agencies with customers across our digital platforms.

You’ll focus on creating intuitive and scalable products, from our advertiser self-service and campaign management platform to Sponsored Products and the placement of relevant advertising throughout the customer journey.

Working closely with Engineering, Design, Retail Media and commercial teams, you’ll shape how advertisers use our platform while ensuring that advertising remains relevant and valuable for our customers.

About your tasks:

• Shape the advertiser self-service experience, enabling brands, agencies and marketplace partners to create, manage and optimise campaigns more easily.
• Define how and where advertising is integrated into the customer journey, including Sponsored Product placements across search, category and product detail pages.
• Develop new advertising formats and propositions across Redcare’s onsite and offsite channels.
• Improve advertiser workflows and user journeys, working with Design to create intuitive, efficient and scalable experiences.
• Drive product discovery and experimentation, using advertiser feedback, customer behaviour and performance data to improve the product.
• Partner with Engineering and other product teams to translate business needs into scalable capabilities and manage technical dependencies.
• Manage the roadmap and prioritisation, measuring success through advertiser adoption, usability, campaign performance, customer engagement and advertising revenue.

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring approximately 5-7 years of product management experience, ideally within Retail Media, AdTech, marketing technology, e-commerce or B2B digital platforms.
• You have experience owning customer-facing or B2B products end to end, from discovery and roadmap development through launch and optimisation.
• You understand how to design and improve complex workflows and create intuitive experiences for business users or consumers.
• You have a good understanding of digital advertising, marketing or e-commerce, including campaign management and advertising performance.
• You are comfortable working closely with Engineering and Design, understanding technical dependencies and making informed product trade-offs.
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and can confidently navigate competing priorities across technical and commercial teams.
• You are commercially minded, comfortable working with ambiguity and use data and customer insights to prioritise opportunities and measure success.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Sponsored Products, Retail Media networks or advertiser self-service platforms.
• Experience designing products for advertisers, merchants, sellers or agencies.
• Exposure to search, recommendations, personalisation or e-commerce monetisation.
• Experience building digital products or platforms from 0 to 1.
