Senior Product Manager - Remote
The Senior Product Manager combines user experience, business acumen in healthcare operations and technological expertise to create and deliver innovative products and business intelligence solutions for complex problems using healthcare data. This position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with continuous demands to provide value driven analytics that enable Providence to make data-driven decisions across cost and quality continuum. This includes a portfolio of analytics that range from ambulatory quality, to risk-based contract analytics, total cost of care management, population health management, and service line & specialty analytics. It requires strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration. Additionally, this role requires an advanced technical understanding of best practices in product development within an agile framework, data collection, client-facing reporting, and both standard and emerging analytic tools and technologies, coupled with excellent communication and collaborative abilities. The Senior Product Manager collaborates closely with various business departments, both within and outside the Providence Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE) and must effectively communicate with individuals and groups possessing diverse levels of expertise in technology and products. This role also serves as the primary liaison with business partners and stakeholders related to the product line, ensuring full engagement and communication, addressing general issues, and aligning business strategies for the product.
