What You Will Do
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on enhancing underwriting decisioning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Utilize OpenAI technologies to drive product innovation and improve user experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future iterations.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance or AI sectors.
- Proven track record of managing successful product launches and driving product strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and Zendesk to enhance customer engagement and support.
Preferred
- Experience working in a Series D funded company or similar high-growth environment.
- Background in B2B enterprise solutions and understanding of the insurance landscape.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies beyond OpenAI.
Compensation and Benefits
