Responsibilities

Drive the product development and deployment lifecycle to enhance the efficiency of the product feed stream, driving traffic to the platform and improving user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content recommendations within search by improving recommendation strategies, algorithms and guidance methods, ensuring users find relevant and valuable content.

Gain insights into user behaviors and needs through in-depth research and analysis of user browsing, consumption and interaction data, to understand user segmentation and differentiation, and formulate strategies to optimize the user experience.

Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to develop go-to-market strategies, roadmaps and models to meet business objectives.

Define data metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies dynamically to optimize products.

Serve as a liaison between engineering and business teams, communicating complex technical and non-technical information to ensure streamlined product development.

Mentor junior-level team members.
