This position works at Istanbul location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare annual and longer-term marketing plans

- Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels.

- Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs

- Coordinate the development of salesobjectives, strategies, advertising, promotion programs, public relationsand market researchactivities and ensure their execution.

- Establish key opinion leader pool and have regular visits

- Carry out dual visits with the sales teamon a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies.

- Develop, implement and update product trainingto sales forceon an ongoing basis.

- Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results.

Required Qualifications

- University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administrationor a Medical field

- Preferably minimum 3 years of product managementand 6 months of sales experiencein the health care industry

- Excellent command of English

- Excellent presentation skills

- Good knowledge of MS Officeapplications

- Ability to travel
