Job Description

As our product ecosystem (4 internal platforms and various integrations) becomes even bigger, we are prioritising scalability of how our platform operates and enable patient/provider-facing product teams to achieve results faster.

PM in this role will mainly tackle challenging infrastructure/platform initiatives, but will also work on improving workflows that impact patients and providers directly.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a technical product manager
  • Direct product management experience in one of the following areas: identity & access management, billing, internal tools, developer tools, security, privacy, process automation, workflows, infrastructure
  • Direct product management experience leading integration initiatives with third-party vendors
  • English level: B2+ or higher, preferably C1
  • Proficiency in Russian
  • Experience working as a part of a product team, driving collaboration and execution of the whole team
  • Structured approach to problem-solving – we focus on solving problems without introducing new ones instead
  • Experience making decisions based on data analysis and user research (incl. internal users)
  • Basic understanding of system design
  • Ability to review third-party API documentation and describe how it works

Responsibilities

  • Work as a part of a product team focused on resolving problems with our platform and infrastructure in a scalable way
  • Re-engineer how appointments and patients of our platform operate on the technical level
  • Improve transparency for the finance department by (re)building internal workflows related to financial calculations
  • Automate internal business processes that generate losses, inefficiencies, and ultimately lead to patient churn and refunds
  • Integrating with insurance billing carriers for our expansion to serving patients covered by insurance
  • Collaborate extensively with Medical Operations, Support, and other internal items to understand key opportunities at eliminating manual business processes through automation
  • Build product strategy and roadmap for the direction in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders
