As a Senior Product Manager at Lusha, you'll empower B2B sales professionals globally to unlock lucrative revenue opportunities and drive sustainable growth. With over 1 million users, with a strong PLG motion, your contributions will directly impact our customers and positioning them for long-term success in a competitive marketplace.

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Platform team, where you will own and lead Lusha's Platform AI Solutions - including our Agent-based frameworks. You'll work with exceptional R&D and Design teams as well as various stakeholders across the organization to bring your vision into realization.

We're building a platform that helps revenue teams build precise audiences, enrich data from various systems from customer’s tech stack, act on buyer intent signals, and automate the workflows that turn insights into pipeline. AI is a critical enabler of this vision, powering intelligent assistants that help users define their ICP, discover high-potential audiences, and take action within a unified platform.

How you'll shape the future of B2B sales

In this role, you will own the AI product domain for Lusha's platform, leading the full lifecycle from early exploration to broad adoption. Your scope includes our chat-based co-pilot experience, the sales agents that power it, and the capabilities we're embedding into customer workflow automations.

You will:

  • Plan, build, and execute the roadmap for Lusha's Platform and meet our business objectives
  • Lead the co-pilot chat experience from its current state to a genuinely useful sales assistant that helps users define ICPs, discover audiences, and take action
  • Build agent capabilities that embed Lusha's intelligence into customer workflows, automations, and API-driven integrations
  • Partner with engineering and data science to evaluate model performance, design human-in-the-loop patterns, and make smart tradeoffs between capability, latency, and cost
  • Drive continuous discovery with users and design partners to validate value early and iterate toward strong product-market fit
  • Design for trust and transparency, ensuring users understand and feel confident in AI-powered recommendations and actions
  • Show a keen eye for design and ensure our AI experiences have a world-class user experience
  • Communicate regularly with various stakeholders within the organization, and be comfortable presenting your ideas
  • Be the champion of our users within the AI product domain
  • Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches
  • Work within a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, which is driven to increase the value of our products

Requirements

We need you to be:

  • A team player. You will collaborate with Product, Design, R&D, GTM and Analytics teams.
  • Customer-centric - Customer problems and pains are at your core. You don’t give up until the product meets the customer needs/requirements.
  • AI-native PM - You're a daily user of AI tools. You’re building prototypes with coding assistants to agentic IDEs, and you're passionate about applying this knowledge to boost product and development lifecycles.
  • Independent. You pick things up quickly and can execute independently from ideation to implementation. You take ownership and operate independently.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager of a B2B SaaS product, with a track record of shipping products that users love and that move business metrics.
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills - our users will enjoy talking with you, and our engineers and designers will love working with you
  • Exceptional business understanding and a keen eye for designing products users truly love
  • Ability to focus on the things that make the most significant impact
  • Excellent analytical skills - able to generate insights and recommendations based on raw data and results
  • Strong familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including evolving protocols, agent platforms, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies

Bonus Points

  • You led and owned AI (LLM or Chat-based)/Technical products, or you have previous technical hands-on experience. You can go deep with engineers on system architecture, data flows, and product tradeoffs
  • Experience with sales tech, GTM platforms, or revenue operations products
  • You are familiar with the GTM eco-system - from tooling, personas, use cases and problems that modern revenue teams face.
  • Background in 0→1 product development - you've taken products from concept through validation to scale
