What’s the role?

This role sits within the Personal Loans portfolio and is responsible for defined areas of the product, partnerships and risk landscape. You will lead the end‑to‑end management of product features, pricing, partnerships and performance, working across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations and external partners. The role involves using customer, performance and market data to inform decisions, drive product improvements and deliver outcomes aligned to commercial targets and regulatory requirements.

This is a full‑time role based in Sydney, on Gadigal land.

What do I need?

• Experience leading product lifecycle activities, including roadmap, pricing, features and optimisation in a regulated environment
• Ability to use customer, performance and market data to inform strategic product decisions and prioritisation
• Experience managing or influencing risk, credit policy or regulatory requirements within lending or financial services
• Demonstrated capability leading cross‑functional delivery across product, technology, risk and operations teams
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into insights and influence senior stakeholders
