
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our performance advertising platform. This role will be responsible for shaping key advertising products across app-install and performance marketing use cases, driving improvements in campaign efficiency, advertiser value, and revenue growth.
You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, machine learning, and commercial teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable advertising solutions. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems with strong product leadership and a passion for solving complex optimization challenges.
Role and Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy for performance advertising solutions, with a focus on app-install and conversion-driven campaigns.
Drive the evolution of core advertising capabilities, including bidding, auction optimization, campaign delivery, targeting, attribution, and measurement.
Partner closely with engineering and machine learning teams to improve ad ranking, conversion prediction, budget pacing, and campaign optimization systems.
Analyze advertiser needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify product opportunities and define roadmaps.
Own product requirements from concept through launch, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
Collaborate with commercial, customer success, and operations teams to gather feedback and translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.
Define and monitor key performance metrics, including ROI, ROAS, advertiser retention, campaign efficiency, and revenue growth.
Lead experimentation initiatives and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve product performance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of Product Management experience within digital advertising, ad tech, mobile advertising, or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of mobile app-install advertising, programmatic advertising, DSPs, ad exchanges, attribution, MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and performance optimization.
Experience working with machine learning-driven advertising systems, including CTR/CVR prediction, ranking, bidding, or auction-based products.
Ability to work effectively with engineering and data science teams while translating technical concepts into product strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
Experience at leading advertising technology companies, mobile advertising networks, or large-scale consumer platforms is highly desirable.
