About the Team

The User Growth (UG) team is responsible for the growth of TikTok. We help develop customized growth strategies for the products and utilize various marketing, product, and data analysis techniques to achieve business growth goals.

You will lead the product strategy and execution for TikTok’s Desktop/PC Web experience with a user-centric and "large-screen" mindset. You will own the full product lifecycle for the PC platform, transforming it from a companion interface into a primary destination for content consumption and creation. You will bridge the gap between Mobile and Desktop, delivering a seamless ecosystem that maximizes user engagement, retention, and creator productivity on the Web.

Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap for TikTok Desktop/PC and define its unique large-screen value proposition.

- Lead recommendation and personalization strategy for Web, partnering with algorithm and data teams to optimize feed ranking, session depth, retention, and creator discovery.

- Design web-native user experiences optimized for mouse-and-keyboard interaction to increase engagement.

- Build cross-device continuity between App and Web, leveraging shared user signals to improve recommendation quality and drive conversion.
