Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of managing products from early-stage development to significant user growth.
  • Knowledge of building a UGC content ecosystem from scratch and with using AI for prototyping and re-inventing the Product Manager role.
  • Understanding of product design and a passion for building beautiful, user-centric interfaces.
  • Ability to solve information issues and build delightful, impactful AI experiences with a sense of product taste about what makes for a delightful and engaging consumer mobile app.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage issues at the frontier of AI, and build and grow a widely used product.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Architect content-forward consumption, sharing and discovery experience.
  • Create a user-generated content (UGC) ecosystem via social mechanics and creator incentives.
  • Design mobile-first and mobile-native features (e.g., quick capture of text, audio, photos, and video into NotebookLM mobile app).
  • Translate user needs, technical requirements, and goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and clear specifications for engineering, design, and UX research teams.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire product, using data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform the roadmap.
