What you will do:
Own the UKI marketing strategy for the Neurosurgical portfolio, translating business priorities into clear commercial plans.
Develop and execute an Annual Marketing Plan to drive growth, customer adoption and market share.
Lead neurosurgical product launches in the UK, ensuring successful commercialisation and cross-functional alignment.
Build compelling value propositions and positioning based on customer insights, market dynamics and competitive analysis.
Develop deep relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers and internal stakeholders to shape marketing strategy.
Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Partner closely with the sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools, messaging and training that improve commercial performance.
Lead the planning, organisation and execution of local Medical Education and marketing events, aligned to strategic needs of the business.
Own portfolio forecasting, monitoring performance and identifying risks and opportunities through data-driven insights.
Develop business cases, project charters and financial models to support strategic investments and portfolio decisions.
Manage your discretionary marketing budget, ensuring effective prioritisation of resources and strong return on investment.
Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Events, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver business objectives.
Develop pricing strategies aligned to market conditions, customer value and commercial objectives.
Define key performance indicators and measure marketing effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve performance.
Lead portfolio lifecycle management, identifying opportunities for product optimisation, rationalisation and future growth.
Mentor and support colleagues, sharing best practice and helping to build marketing capability across the team.

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
3+ years medical device experience
Marketing experience
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Full UK driving license.
