
The Senior Product Manager, MyHumana is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Humana's flagship authenticated digital member experience. This role leads the prioritization and delivery of product capabilities that help members easily access, understand, and use their healthcare benefits while advancing Humana's business objectives. Working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders, the Senior Product Manager translates member and business needs into actionable product enhancements, manages the product backlog, and ensures successful delivery through Agile development processes. The role leverages member insights, market trends, and performance data to continuously improve the experience, optimize engagement, and deliver measurable value, while maintaining compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. As a key advocate for the member, the Senior Product Manager ensures MyHumana provides intuitive, secure, and impactful digital experiences that strengthen member satisfaction, engagement, and health outcomes.
Humana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of the MyHumana, our flagship digital experience for members. The successful candidate will champion the product vision, translate business needs into actionable features, and maximize value delivery for our members in alignment with Humana’s mission. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional Agile teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, user-friendly, and high-impact mobile solutions.
Key Role Functions
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for the MyHumana, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver valuable increments in each Program Increment (PI) and Sprint
Gather and analyze feedback from members, stakeholders, and market research to inform backlog prioritization and continuous product improvement
Serve as the voice of the customer within the Agile team, clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria
Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives
Ensure product compliance with security and privacy referencing Humana’s application security requirements
Leverage analytics to monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience in related field
3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, Program management or a related field
Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional Agile teams
Experience working with legal and compliance teams
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business strategy into actionable user stories and backlog items
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Product analytics and measurement tools
Understanding of customer experience, digital engagement or customer journey concepts
The ideal candidate is passionate about improving member experiences, naturally curious about member needs, comfortable working with data, and able to partner effectively across business and technology teams. They demonstrate strong execution skills, customer empathy, and a willingness to learn while contributing to the success of Humana's digital products.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,000 - $143,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
