Responsibilities

Design and manage the external data disclosure platform to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of Trust and Safety data disclosures.

Identify business opportunities, collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions with leadership.

Analyze complex data and use cases to support compliance policy interpretation and process design.

Manage the planning, design and development of methodologies, tools and systems to improve automation and efficiency in data disclosure and compliance management.

Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.

Conduct regular training sessions to educate relevant teams on compliance policies and enhance overall compliance awareness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. algorithm engineers, e-commerce product teams, or e-commerce operations) to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals.

Mentor junior-level team members.
