
Eaton’s Industrial Control Division is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager - Motor Control & Protection to join the team. This is a hybrid position, based at our Menomonee Falls, WI site.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year.

As a senior member of the Product Line Management team, the Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance for our NEMA Control, IEC Control, FAZ circuit protection, and Panel Component portfolios. This role will translate market trends and customer needs into differentiated offerings, lead cross functional execution across Marketing Communications, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, and serve as a key point of contact for interunit assembly partners. This role carries responsibility for pricing, value proposition development, and domestic/international product launches, and includes direct leadership of multiple product managers.
The Motor Control & Protection product lines represent key businesses that support the Industrial Control Division. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about solving customer problems and growing sales and profitability through, superior customer experience and active promotion of differentiated products. This role will work extensively with teams across the globe and serve as a key point of contact for our interunit assembly partners using these products. This role will offer candidates a unique opportunity to work cross functionally with all facets of Eaton’s business including Marketing Communications, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
