You'll join our Product team as a Senior Product Manager for the Collaborate squad, reporting directly to Driss, our CPO This is a Senior PM role with global scope — sitting at the intersection of product strategy and revenue impact.
Your mission: build and execute a product vision to continue driving differentiation in the market and drive key initiatives to drive upsell. You'll operate with high autonomy, high exposure to GTM teams, and direct access to client decision-makers and senior leadership.
Product Vision & Roadmap Execution
Build a compelling, long-term product vision for the Collaborate squad, with a specific focus on identifying and validating adjacent, monetizable opportunities that drive upsell
Own and maintain a quarterly product plan aligned with strategic goals: collect requirements from clients, internal teams, and stakeholders; define detailed feature specs (user flows, data flows, sample datasets, prototypes); and ensure technical feasibility with Engineering & Data
User & Customer Insight
Champion a continuous user research practice
Act as the strongest customer advocate in the room: translate deep user empathy into clear product decisions that are felt by enterprise users
Stakeholder Management & Cross-org Influence
Partner with Sales, PMM, RevEx, and Customer Success to align on company-wide goals, and own the mechanisms that keep the organization aligned around ambiguous metrics

7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Track record of owning complex, enterprise-grade product roadmaps from vision to delivery
Strong customer advocacy and empathy — a hands-on, continuous user research practice
High attention to detail with proven ability to design end-to-end enterprise workflows
Proven track record of influencing GTM and cross-functional teams on company-wide programs (feature adoption, go-to-market alignment)
Comfortable engaging with and presenting to C-level stakeholders, internally and externally
Excellent communicator — you can build a compelling product vision and make it land across the organization
Proficient with product tools: Productboard, Jira, Notion, Figma, Metabase or Looker
AI-forward: you actively integrate AI into your product development workflow to accelerate speed-to-learn
